Hopan group of companies (“Hopan Group”) were incorporated to tap into the immense opportunities available (both local and abroad) particularly the property related businesses.

The hotel Location is originally an abandoned shop lot with all the utilities being terminated. Feasibility study on existing infrastructure being carried out. In avoidance to overload the exiting structure numerous hard work being done to overcome the water storage issued and suction pump facility to captured insufficient water pressure to feed is storage tank.
Further to it ground floor space planning is crucial due to limited welcoming area and restaurant. Effective lighting and energy saving design conceptual have minimized the electrical usage hence avoiding the sub station requirement from TNB enhancing the usable space at ground floor area.
