The Kuala Lumpur Metro Group is developing its second phase of resort homes, The Hibiscus Garden Chalets, which will complement the Group’s existing resorts, The Legend Water Chalets and The Legend International Water Homes.
An extension of The Legend International Water Homes with its luxuriously furnished Balinese-inspired chalets, The Hibiscus Garden Chalets will offer 534 units of single storey chalets that come complete with a private swimming pool each.
This setup is similar to the award-winning The Legend International Water Homes. Both properties are five-star resorts.
Hibiscus Garden Chalets recently won an award in Hong Kong under the Asia Pacific Commercial Property Development Award by Bloomberg Television.
The success of first phase has bringing the interest of the Group to further begin the Construction of the Hibiscus Garden Chalets began in early March.
Salty environment at Seaside have always being a challenge for material selection. another challenge to the engineer to overcome the Hibiscus Garden which have a stress of 1.2 km to the furthest unit from land.
