Bayou Lagoon Resort is a mixed development which consists of
- 4 blocks of serviced apartment blocks, (total 1052 units)
- 1 blocks of hotel blocks, (110 rooms)
- 44 unit of shoplot,
- 1 block of conventional hall,
- 1 unit of club house
- 1 block of car park block
- and theme parks.
The site is located at ayer keroh, Melaka within 15 min driving distance to the town centre. 1st phase of the building is completed and in operations. 2nd phase of Hotel blocks and Conventional shall be completed in mid-year of 2014.
The entire building design is based on hotel based design but with family living environment.
