STG Groupis to introduce 6 hotel resort with 3,000 Service Condo & Hotel rooms and at least 3,000 units of medium cost houses in the next five years, which include Gold Coast Morib, Gold Coast Kuantan, Gold Coast Kenyir, Gold Coast Nottingham and Phase 6 and 7 in Saujana Kapar Baru, Phase 8 to Phase 13 in Saujana Pulau Indah, Phase 2 & 3 in Saujana Telok Panglima Garang, Saujana Rantau Panjang, Phase 2 and 3 in Saujana Semenyih, Saujana Sementa Phase 2. The RM1bil Gold Coast Morib Resort development project has combined leisure, entertainment and holiday into its one and only sea view beach in the Selangor, Klang Valley region. The project is taking shape well and is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year. There are a total of 686 units of hotel unit / condominium housed within a 3-9 storeys terrace – shaped building in the Gold Coast Morib Resort, facing the Straits of Malacca. 108 units guest rooms of international standards in a four – star hotel with entertainment centres which is expected to be completed by end of 2013. Upon completion, the Gold Coast Morib Resort is to become the most outstanding holiday resort and with it water theme park recreation centre in Malaysia.
