Forest City, is a mixed development, located near Tanjung Pelepas, Johor Bahru. Touted as one of the largest mixed development in Malaysia, we are proud to be a part of this prestigious development in the state of Johor. Currently, we oversee the construction of a high rise residential development consisting of two blocks, 39 and 40 storeys respectively, with a common podium and multi-storey carparks. Among the green initiatives introduced by developer for this development include providing rain water harvesting and recycled water system for each residential high rise. The construction period is approximately 18 months, and is expected to be completed on 5th January 2020.
